(This Product was sent to me for review)

This month I was sent samples of tea from Emma, founder of The Leaf Collective London. The Leaf Collective sells holistic and organic teas that are packed full of goodness. I was sent two boxes to try, Warrior VitaliTEA and Lotus ClariTEA.

Warrior Vitalitea - I drank half this box in under three days, I enjoyed it so much. It is an invigorating mix of organic ingredients such as Chinese green tea, calendula petals, lemon peel, chilli flakes, natural flavouring with ginger, lemongrass, fennel Seeds for digestion and Siberian ginseng for the immune system.

Lotus Claritea - Such a relaxing blend of tea, great for relieving stress and increasing focus. It is a carefully selected mix of organic ingredients such as chamomile to help with sleep and stress relief, lavender for restlessness, mallow flowers, lemon balm and valerian root for anxiety, nervousness and stress. It has a sweet zesty taste and it is caffeine-free.

I enjoyed both these teas so much and I found that I could steep the bags twice before disposing of them, you could even go for third steeping and still get the quality flavour from these. Each box has 15 triune tea bags and is priced at £5.99, after trying these out myself I really do believe you are getting a great quality organic tea that is worth every penny, I know I will definitely be going back for another box or two.

Emma and her team have not only created some of the best teas I have ever tasted coupled with the easy to follow guided meditation sessions that that range from mindful tea meditation, body scan techniques, yoga relaxations, alternate nostril breathing and more all made to bring a little mindfulness into your life.

Thanks, Emma for these beautiful teas you have created, I highly recommend these teas to anyone looking for a more organic cup of tea. Please share this post with your friends, family and loved ones and introduce a little mindfulness.
