Week 26 - Gratitude Journal

Just a short post today on the things that I am grateful for in my life.I have always been one to see things as they are and sometimes I only see the negatives. That is who I am and how I have always been ever since I was young. I blame it on my upbringing.

Unlike me, Allen is a very positive minded person, though he may get stressed easy he always manages to see the good in things. After reading about how keeping a gratitude journal can help you lower stress levels, see things in a more positive light and boosts your mood I thought I would give it a try, I might even make this a monthly thing.

So here are the things I am grateful for:

  • Spending time with hubby & watching Netflix

  • Our two kitties Midnight & Zorro...

  • A husband that lets me be myself and loves me for who I am

  • Clean water & medicine

  • Sleeping in

  • Hot coffee in the mornings

  • The feeling I get when the house is clean

  • Long hot bubble baths

  • My amazing twitch community

  • Being able to stream the games I love
