Week 7 - Health diary

Just another quiet week and I have been finding new products to fit into my new eating plan. Well its not so much a plan rather than an avoid bad foods set of guide rules. I have been eating a lot more vegetarian foods recently. swapping meat lover pizzas for the vegetarian and such. My consumption of red meat has dropped considerably though I don't intend to completely stop eating meat all together I have been consuming more fish and poultry.

This week also I will be getting onto our local council in order to arrange for us to get some recycling bins delivered as we are taking some initiative with our recycling. I do try to reuse a lot of stuff in my DIYs and such but some things I just cant seem to find a use for but don't want to have it taken and dumped in some landfill somewhere. So hopefully that wont take long to get them here once we contact them about it.

I haven't been on many walks or exercising this week as I have been kinda feeling sluggish due to the weather and having an upset tummy. My usual spot in the living room for routine exercise has been taken up by our coffee table and a few boxes of items we are storing in the living room until we can clear some space in other areas of our house as our house is tiny and we don't have a lot of space or storage for things. I have been trying to do more around the house in the meantime to keep myself active.

Break: 4x boiled eggs

Lunch: Grilled fish & egg noodles

Dinner: Linda McCartney's Vegetarian Sausages in bread

Snacks: -

Drinks: 4x coffee 1x Volvic water

THU

Break: Toast

Lunch: 2x Grilled chicken & mayo sandwiches

Dinner: 15x Mini sausage rolls

Snacks:

Drinks: 3x tea 2 x Volvic mineral water

FRI

Break:

Lunch: King Pot Noodle

Dinner: 2x mini Vegetarian Pizza

Snacks: Haribos gummies

Drinks: 4x tea 2x coffee

SAT

Break: 4x Boiled eggs

Lunch: Grilled chicken & egg noodles

Dinner: Chicken burgers & rice

Snacks: -

Drinks: 5x coffee 2x 50cl Volvic water

SUN

Break: Toast

Lunch: King Pot Noodle

Dinner: 15x Mini sausage rolls

Snacks: -

Drinks: 5x coffee 1x Volvic water
